  13. Before making payment and taking delivery of their purchase, buyers must inspect their purchase, the auctioneer is not responsible for any discrepancy discovered after the delivery of the lots have been taken by the buyer.
  14. Extension for certification is possible but the entire process should not take more than six months from the date of the auction and the bidder/buyer has followed the procedure laid down in Term and Condition No. 15. However, such extension is not possible in any collections or multiple item lots or any lot that is already certified, that is, the lot is already accompanied by a certificate.
  15. Any extension for certification is only possible in the following steps: Prior permission is taken by the bidder at least 5 working days before the auction and complete payment is made by the winning bidder/buyer who has taken prior permission. Once the complete payment is received, the lot shall be handed over to the buyer, that is, the entire certification process is the responsibility of the buyer and the auctioneer or vendor are not responsible in any way.
